Hacking, Leaking, The Media Is Missing The Point…

Everyone is up-in-arms about the so-called “Russian Hacking”.  “The Russians were behind the leaking of the emails!!”  “The Russians hacked into the Democrats emails!!” “The Russians tried to steer the election!!”  Pundits and opinion journalists, many on the left and right, are taking up the mantle of attacking “Outside Influences” who were trying to “shape the American Election”.  And Every Last One Of Them, Public And Private Speakers Both, Have Got It Wrong!!!

Why am I the only voice out here saying “I DON’T CARE WHO HACKED THE EMAILS!!”  If the Russians wanted to hack something, as well as the Chinese, I’m damn sure their actors are probably intent on our infrastructure, our industry, our finance, and those politicians currently in office who are corruptible and easily blackmailed.  Trying to do anything with our election would be akin to trying to stop the flow of the Mississippi River with a seine net: Ya gonna have to wait a few million years to see any effect.

You see, the real issue, the issue everyone and their brother are blithely ignoring is: IF HILLARY HADN’T HAD HER EMAILS ON A PRIVATE SERVER, BUT ON THE GOVERNMENT, STATE DEPARTMENT, EMAIL SERVER, SHE WOULD NEVER, I MEAN, NEVER , HAD HER EMAILS HACKED!!! IF THE DNC WASN’T COLLABORATING WITH HILLARY, THEY WOULDN’T HAVE THE EMAILS THAT WERE RELEASED!!!.

The truth is, Hillary Clinton used an ILLEGAL server to keep her emails private from scrutiny by the government that she WORKED FOR.  These emails are rightfully the province of the US Government, and should have been placed on government servers and archived properly for the official government records.  Yes, Hillary could have had a private email ACCOUNT, which is radically different than a SERVER.  An account is hosted elsewhere, with access by the government through necessary warrants.  Private emails have been used by other Secretaries of State, but NONE, absolutely NONE, have used a private SERVER. That is placing vital government security information OUTSIDE the security of government protection, and available for hacking, which is what happened.

Hillary Clinton knowingly, and with malice aforethought, decided to use a private server, knowing, herself, that this was a violation of several US laws, codes, and regulations.  Hillary signed a document acknowledging this.  And yet she decided to do this, even when she was reprimanding her own staff for using private emails themselves.  A case of “Do as I say, not as I do”.  Hillary Clinton and her team should not be amazed that they then are hacked by outside forces, regardless of who it is.  The DNC are clamoring that the Russians hacked their servers.  The problem is, the DNC are using this as an excuse to had the fact they collaborated to deny the nomination to any other candidate but Hillary.

This is the age-old case of trying to shoot the messenger for the message.  You cannot, just cannot, blame the hackers for the problems with the emails.  Hillary Clinton decided to place herself above the law, assuming that she was invincible.  The DNC played fast and loose with the Democrat nomination process and the run-up to the election.  These are incontrovertible facts.  Just because they came from hacked emails does not make them less so.  If Hillary wanted to have her emails protected, she should have NOT used a private server, but used a State Department email account, as others before her have done.  The DNC should have played fair with all of the candidates for the Democrat nomination, not structure the nomination to support only Hillary.

These are the facts.  No one who’s emails have been placed on public display have had the temerity to claim that the emails were, in fact, not theirs.  Not one denial has come forth. The truth is, no one should give a damn about WHO hacked the emails.  That is a Smoke and Mirrors ploy, used to distract from the real truth. The real truth is that Hillary Clinton used an illegal server to circumvent the government rules and laws concerning archiving of government correspondence.  The real truth is that the  DNC used illegal acts to circumvent nominating anyone but Hillary Clinton.  Personnel associated with the DNC and the Democrat Party flagrantly violated the trust, as well, in some cases, as the law, in paving Hillary’s ascent to the nomination.  THESE are the things that should have people riled up, as Americans.  We are supposed to have a fair and equitable system of governance, as well as the means of fairly selecting who we want to govern.  Hillary Clinton, as well as the democrat elites, strived to circumvent those rules we have in place.  This is what makes me mad.

I don’t care who hacked the emails.  Truthfully, if they weren’t there in the first place, there wouldn’t be a problem.  So the people we should be mad at, the ones that should be brought to justice, are not the hackers, but those who would attempt to subvert our system of democracy for their own personal power.  The hackers just showed us who they are, and what they were trying to do, nothing more…

Flint Water Crisis and the Democrats…

The Democrats, Hillary, and Bernie have all jumped on the bandwagon of blaming the Republican governor for the Flint, Michigan, water crisis.  Problem is, the Flint City Council voted 7-1 to change to using the river water because that was cheaper.  To use the water, the council also agreed to use the water system the city put in place years earlier when the city provided its own water instead of using the Detroit system.

I say this is a problem, because the Democrats know that the city council is, or was, primarily, if not completely, Democrat at the time.  The one holdout wanted to pursue a different tack.  But the Democrats saw themselves saving money that, probably, could be used to give themselves bonuses and higher salaries or something.  Instead, the city council condemned Flint citizens and their children to a slow, inexorable, untimely death from lead poisoning.  As soon as the information became public knowledge, the Democrats immediately aimed all their arrows at the governor, in the hopes no one determines their culpability.

The mainstream media and the Democrats are, again, leading the public into thinking the Republicans are the reason children have lead in their system, when the reality is, as usual, the Democrats have forced a situation that is deplorable.  But will anyone call them to account?  I’m surprised and dismayed that Fox News or any of the Republican or Conservative radio and television networks have not jumped on this.  This is a good way for the presidential candidates to show how the Democrats could care less about the average citizen, but instead concentrate on keeping themselves in power, and abandoning their voters when the Democrats cause issues.

On Being Republican

As a Republican, I’ve always believed the party stood for: Personal growth and responsibility; Small federal government and government roles; Defense of the country against all enemies, both foreign and domestic; helping the disadvantaged to gain their feet, where possible, and to assist, when not, those too ill either physically or mentally to help themselves; To fight against injustice to others; To believe in a power greater than ourselves, whom we pray to for support.

I see a person who epitomizes this, who believes that the federal government’s role is to protect our borders, to negotiate from a position of strength against other countries, to build our military, to cut the fat from federal budget and to insure those programs, such as military and Social Security, receive the funding that is now going to esoteric pork programs, to acknowledge those nations that cut be an issue and develop means of dealing with those countries, to put America and her people first, and to espouse that loudly and clearly.  Yet, the Republican establishment, who, in years past got behind the person who was leading at this stage, is working hard to undermine and demean the leader.  Hard to believe the Republican leadership is behind such underhanded acts, at a time when the leader of the candidates is bringing in millions of voters for the Republican party.

The activities of the Republican party against Donald Trump puts them in league and in line with the Democrat party.  The people, the average blue and white collar worker out there, who have cast their votes, are being ignored by the Republican leadership.  This is an outrage.  This is disgusting.  This is something that smacks more of the democrats than any Republican ideology, yet, this is happening.

The Republican leadership, and Republican senators and representatives, should be wholly ashamed of themselves.  They are acting just like democrats, and seem to be working hard to cause whoever is the democrat nominee to be elected.  The Republican leadership should step back, should make the candidates who are losing shut up, and should shut down those PACs that are having a field day doing the democrats dirty work.  We are supposed to be better than this.  We are supposed to be united.  In 2008, we made a mess of the party and the nomination, and caused us to lose the presidency to someone who has shown his ineptitude.  We lost in 2012 because the Republican leadership backed off after the first debate and told Romney to “act presidential, not confrontational”.  His efforts to act presidential allowed a hack who was in the process of destroying the nation another chance in the White House.  Now, all the Republican leadership want to destroy our best chance of reclaiming the White House, because their ‘anointed ones’ are incapable of harnessing the anger of the voters.  Donald Trump is harnessing the anger, not just of white Americans, but of black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, hell, even Native Americans.  Donald may have upset your playbook, but he’s done what few candidates this season is capable of doing: He’s pumped up the voter rolls (correct spelling, by the way, rolls, not roles, which is what a person performs in) and gotten more people more involved and excited about the Republican party since Ronald Reagan.

The Republican leadership should count themselves lucky, work to get the leader confirmed, and start the process for the general election campaign.  By attempting to block Donald Trump, the leadership is basically acting like the democrat leadership and saying only those anointed by the elites are eligible.  No, the leadership is not the ones that select the nominees: IT’S THE PEOPLE!!! Lest the leadership forget, let me say it again: IT’S THE PEOPLE!!!!

Ferguson is not a civil rights issue, it’s a leadership failure issue…

Ferguson is not a civil rights issue. Race is not the problem in Ferguson. The problem in Ferguson is lawlessness, and the impact of people like Obama, Sharpton, and Holder to divide the country, and Ferguson, along racial lines, without doing anything to fix the issues. Sharpton, Obama, and Holder are the three biggest, most visible proponents of racial division, casting aspersions on the law enforcement personnel, while hiding the thuggery of the young man involved. And make no mistake: Mike Brown was a young man, a thug showing no conscience in performing strong arm robbery of someone who weighed less than half his bulk, and was at least six inches shorter.

Mike Brown was a thug. This was presented in the grand jury testimony. And yet, there are thousands who are screaming that the grand jury was a setup. Eric Holder’s investigation into the police force is a travesty, as I don’t see any investigations into the numerous black-on-black murders that happen everyday, in all the major cities of the US. Where is the outrage when a black man, shouting islamic phrases, butchers a woman and beheads her in front of everyone? Where is the moral indignation when four black teens use hammers to kill a white man? Where is the demand for justice when two black men kill a newly-wed white man, and execute his PREGNANT wife? Where is the president? Where is Eric Holder? Where is the NAACP, demanding that these young thugs DO NOT represent the people of color?

The silence is deafening, and in this deafening emptiness, we hear people shouting for justice for Mike Brown. People walking around, blocking traffic, in complete ignorance, yelling “Hands up, Don’t shoot”, something Mike Brown never said. But, hey, what’s facts when you have liars like Al Sharpton demanding justice. In reality, if Mike Brown were still alive, he actually would have got the justice he deserved: Strong Arm Robbery, Assaulting a Police Officer Performing His Duty, Resisting Arrest: Five years (minimum) in jail, no college, and a dead-end life when he got out. Had Officer Wilson tasered Brown and got him on the ground, the result would have been different. But, because Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama, and Eric Holder needed a scapegoat to take people’s minds off the failings of Barack’s presidency, a thug is now considered on par with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The reality is, there hadn’t been a true racial divide since the sixties, and then, the Democrat party were responsible. Way back in the 1800s, it was the good ol’ boys of the democrat party that held all the seats of power in the ol’ south. It was the democrats that, after the Civil War, enstated things such as the voting exams, poll requirements, etc., all to prevent the “Negro” or “colored folks” from having the rights to vote. In deep south USA, it was the democrats that formed the first Ku Klux Klans, and are still prominent in them today. The good ol’boys of the south, along with the good ol’ boys of the north, all democrats, crafted all types of legislations, typically called Jim Crow laws, to keep the black people down. And now we have the democrat party working the same premise, along with their overseers, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, to keep black Americans down.

It took the Republicans, working hard, and fighting against the democrat senators, representatives, and governors, to push the Civil Rights Act through. Lyndon B Johnson, a democrat president, along with Hubert Humphrey, his democrat vice, tried to stall and push off the act, for fear of offending the strong democrats he needed to pursue a Vietnam strategy. The Republicans forced the act through, thereby insuring that people of all races and religions have the freedom granted in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution as the forefathers deemed.

Yet, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have been steadily undermining the achievements of black Americans constantly. Both, acting as the overseers of the new democrat plantations, are steadily telling black people they don’t have to listen to laws and can do what they please, knowing their masters, the democrat party, are ready to jump in quell dissent. Back in the old days, the masters would use a mix of whips and rewards. Today’s masters use the rewards: Free cell phones and minutes, free internet, EBT cards, etc., to quick their constituents in line. And woe betide those who would step out of line, because the hatred and vitriol spewed at them would make Satan, or ISIS, ashamed.

What does the above have to do with Ferguson? The idiocy of the democrat party, as well as the elites in the liberal establishment, are using a trumped-up excuse to bash, not just Ferguson, but America overall. Mike Brown never put his hands up to surrender. Mike Brown knew that all he had to do was get down on his knees, or spread-eagle on a car, and Officer Wilson wouldn’t do anything to him. But Mike Brown, as the old people say, smelled his own piss, thought he was a bad man, and figured he’d take the cop down because Mike was in his own neighborhood and his people would have his back. Wrong, and deadly, assumption, Mike Brown. The grand jury testimony showed that, instead of giving up, Mike Brown was aggressively attacking Officer Wilson. Mike had already attacked the officer in his own car, and then compounded the stupidity by charging back at the officer. His “friend”, Dorian Johnson, said he was hiding behind another car, in a different direction from Mike, yet claimed to have seen Mike walking back with his hands up. And people believe him.

Why the grand jury? Because, if this had gone to a criminal trial straight away, witnesses would have been intimidated to change their testimony or to lie, or even forced to leave the area. Under a grand jury, where all charges start from anyway when there is doubt about a shooting, witnesses can tell their stories without being intimidated. In this case, the grand jury heard the stories from the witnesses, read all the reports, reviewed all the information, not just some, but all, and reached the verdict of No True Indictment, meaning that the shooting was justifiable. Yet, Al and Jesse and Holder and Obama all want to turn this into an attack on black people. And then spread the turmoil worldwide, with not an ounce of truth. And the mainstream media continually spouts the lies, fighting the truth, to make everyone believe that the thug named Mike Brown was really an angel. But facts, they do not lie, and the grand jury had all the facts.

What the black people in a America are supposed to be doing, is banding together, electing officials that will work for them, and educating our young. What is happening is that Al and Jesse are putting black people back on the plantation, the NAACP is supporting Al and Jesse’s actions, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s dream is being pushed out by those who are supposed to be his supporters. When those people who are so easily led, wind up in a ghetto (in the old European meaning of the word: A separate community apart from and different, either racially or religiously, from the surrounding city), and then bussed out to work and sent back when they’re done, look to Al and Jesse and the NAACP and the democrat party, and think of them ol’ lies: Hands Up, Don’t Shoot!

Civil Rights Act: Who Protects It More?

Civil Rights Act, CRA, democrats, I Have A Dream, Johnson, Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Republican

I find it pretty amazing when I watched the democrats try to take responsibility for the passing of the Civil Rights Act.  Dr. Martin Luther King led many a demonstration in the hopes of having the government enforce the Bill of Rights for all people of the United States.  When the doctor gave his speech in Washington, DC, on that hot August day, fifty years ago, he wasn’t talking about states with republican governors.  He wasn’t referring to districts that were republican.

In 1963, President Kennedy announced his plans to enact a sweeping supporting legislation for civil rights.  After his assassination, President Johnson decided to do something that his party did not want done.  But to achieve this landmark decision, to get this law done, LBJ approached those who had been championing equal rights, and the rights for every individual to achieve their dreams: the Republican Party.  Although a bunch of southern senators, democrats, filibustered the measure, the republicans managed to get enough votes, working with LBJ, to get this historic measure passed.

Even though the Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964, those southern senators, and southern governors, all democrats, still fought against equality for all.  Governor Wallace of Alabama, a prominent democrat, fought hard to stop the Civil Rights Act, and fought hard against desegregation.  Other prominent democrats, in the north and south, fought against the removal of an institution that had been in place since reconstruction, and was predicated on keeping the black American in “his place”.  Yet, the Republicans fought hard to insure that all men, especially former slaves, black Americans, received equal treatment, and had equal rights under the law.  From Abraham Lincoln to George Bush, Republicans have always worked hard to insure that everyone was treated equally and fair.

The Republican party has always been a staunch defender of the American people, their rights, and their liberties.  We must continue to defend these rights, insuring that our children, and our children’s children, are born free, able to pursue their dreams, with the love of family, and without fear of persecution or trial.

The Republican Party: Time to Move Forward…

administration, congress, democrats, media, One Platform, One Voice, people, Republican Party, senate, spokesman, TEA Party

The Republican Party is the true party of the people. The Republican Party, just like the Republic, for which we stand, stands for independence of the individual, the right to pursue your dreams, without interference or intrusion by the government. Unfortunately, the Republican Party is suffering a crisis of identity, spurred on by the mainstream media.

The Republican Party has been about lifting yourself up and improving yourself. The party has been about helping those who Want to help themselves. The party has never, or it used to have never been, about giving something to someone who can help themselves. The Taxed Enough Already (TEA) Party is the part of the Republican Party that says, Enough Already!! The TEA Party is not another party, trying to face down the two mainstream parties. As such, the TEA Party should be working with the rest of the Republican Party on a platform that encompasses the beliefs, ideas, and goals of the Republican Party as they should. And there’s a good reason why I say this.

The Republican and TEA party are currently being defined, not by their platforms, but by the Democrat Party. The democrats are consolidating all of their mainstream media activists, as well as their local, state, and national mouthpieces, into one voice, constantly shouting the negatives, falsely, of what the Republican and TEA party groups are. The democrats are working to increase the divisions between the two groups, actively working to make people think the Republican Party is disjointed, anti-civil liberty, anti-poor, anti-everything. Instead of working together to counter this onslaught, the two groups are actively reinforcing the claims of the democrats, effectively sabotaging their own efforts to build a solid base and fight the democrats’ attacks.

The Republican and TEA party MUST put aside their petty concerns, their desire for one-upmanship, and their shrill attacks against each other. These attacks serve not the Republican or TEA party. These attacks against each other serve the democrats. In a time when we are rapidly having the democrats perform slash and burn against the freedoms and rights our forefathers fought and died, both here and abroad for, the divisions that the democrats have foisted on our party is leaving the Republican party weak and defenseless, with the leaders of the parties attacking each other. In the meantime, the democrats are rallying around and defending one person, providing a strong support for that person.

Here’s the game plan that the Republican and TEA party need to follow:
1. Select one person to stand behind. All of the main Republican leaders believe in the same things. Determine the most prominent, most effective, and best speaker among the group be selected as the leader and rally behind this person, male or female. This person would be the spokesman for the party, as well as the person that would help determine policy directions on the local, state, and federal platforms. Everyone would need to get behind this person.

2. Develop a platform that encompasses the ideals and goals of the party. This platform must be a middle of the road, moderate, platform, that shows good values and can appeal to a broad range of the party. This development is not difficult to achieve. The first step is to remove egos, and senses of entitlements, from the development.

3. Develop the message. That means insuring that the media has the message. There are media organizations that will send out our message. But, we must have a coordinated, concerted, directed message that can be understood. This also means that the people designated to speak the message, always coordinates the message. This also means getting the message out, not just to the core of the party, but to those you want to bring into the party. This means going places that the party hasn’t gone before. This means talking to people who believe the government is helping them, but is really keeping them down, whether they’re in the inner cities, or in the rural areas living in a mobile home. We are all Americans, and we should all hear the message properly.

4. We should have the one voice attacking the negative images that are being shown of the party. That means attacking those who would denigrate us. That means no longer turning the other cheek. Yes, the good book says, if someone would strike you, turn the other cheek. However, the same book says we must protect ourselves and those who cannot protect themselves. In the same book, it says, he shall help those, who help themselves. Let us help ourselves, and move our country forward.

Yes, these are the same plays from the playbook of the democrats. And the democrats are using these procedures to destroy all of our candidates. And we are assisting them in this, when we should be fighting as hard as possible. Fighting this does not mean individual attacks against a monolithic target. Guerilla tactics only work when you have a chance of causing damage to the ones you’re attacking. Guerilla tactics only work in real warfare. For what the party needs, we need to be organized. We need to have the TEA and Republican party reunited.

If we are going to squabble, argue, and fight among ourselves, we will continue to lose. We will lose not just senate and congressional seats, but the respect of citizens, and cause more people to leave the party. One thing I have found, in talking with everyone who have voted in the last several elections, is that people have had no faith in our party. Although the people have no faith in the current administration, and in the democrat party, because we refuse to be one party, fighting each other instead of our common foe, the people who voted see our party as weak and divided, with no clue of what to do. We need to be one party, with one voice, and one platform. Or we should just give up and become democrats.

I, for one, don’t think so.
